Kaitlyn Stravato

OACYC

Kaitlyn grew up in a small community within Kingsville Ontario and spent her childhood with her family and friends curious to understand the world and how she could make a change in her community. Kaitlyn studied at the Lambton College of Sarnia and is a graduate of the Child and Youth Care program. Kaitlyn is continuing her studies and searching for more information to better support the Sarnia-Lambton Community. She is new to the community and migrated to the area to advance her studies and learn about the support provided to clients.

During her studies, Kaitlyn was drawn to the support that Life’s Seasons provides to clients through trauma processing and reframing. She is working towards the completion of her trauma certification and is attending new learning opportunities to stay on top of change.

Kaitlyn believes in a world that is ever-changing and works to understand the unique needs of each client. She is inspired by Annette’s legacy and hopes to join in her journey, providing the care that she valued for the community. Beyond her career, Kaitlyn enjoys volunteering in new sections of the community and donating her time to other groups in need of care and support.
