
Sarah Bainbridge
Hon. BA CYC (cert) CTRP-C
Sarah graduated from Western University with a Bachelor’s degree in English and an Honours Specialization in Psychology before attending Lambton College where she received an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care and is now a registered member of the Ontario Association of Child and Youth Care. Sarah has experience working with children and youth in many settings including residential, school, and community agencies. Sarah has also written a thesis published in the Canadian Journal of Experimental Psychology “Reading Homophone Puns: Evidence from eye-tracking.
Since joining the Life’s Seasons team, Sarah has gained accreditation through Starr Commonwealth as a Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner.
Sarah believes that every child and youth deserves connection, care, and support, established through meaningful relationships, individualized encouragement, and trauma-informed practice. In Sarah’s free time, she enjoys reading and being tormented by her cat, Daisy.
